To say it has been a while would be an understatement. Just a fraction of my New Year’s Resolution is better utilize this blog. Add Meal Plans as well as recipes, other blogs I love, and what is going on in my kitchen. Here is my Meal Plan for Mon-Sat. Our fruits and veggies depend on what we’re feeling that day so the chances of everyone eating them increases.
Mon Jan 2: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes
Tues Jan 3: Beer Cheese Soup, biscuits
Wed Jan 4: My grandma’s Chow Mein Hotdish ( I will post the recipe later in the week)
Thurs Jan 5: Tuna Melts
Fri Jan 6: Chicken and Rice
Sat Jan 7: Homemade Pizza—Dan’s Choice!
** Tip of the week: Prep anything you can earlier in the week. Tonight while my Meatloaf is in the oven I cut celery and browned hamburger for Wednesday’s hotdish. Every little bit helps!
